Can I see a preview of what my smile might look like if I undergo cosmetic dental procedures? 

Yes! We will take an impression of your teeth and have our master ceramist fabricate a model of what your teeth will look like after treatment. You will be able to wear the sample stint to see the customized trial smile in action for a week or so before making a decision on treatment.

Do you accept my insurance plan?

Yes, we accept a variety of dental insurances, including many PPOs. However, we also file out-of-network insurance for our valued guests. Prior to your first visit to our practice, you’ll receive a new guest packet with paperwork to complete. Please fax or mail it to us before your appointment. With this information, we can verify your insurance benefits and make sure we are well prepared for your visit. After your comprehensive exam, we will estimate the cost of procedures in your suggested treatment plan so you will know what your insurance will most likely cover and what your projected financial responsibility will be. We will accept your co-pay based on the estimate, and if your insurance provider does not pay the full estimate, we will adjust your account balance accordingly. Our e-claims digital filing transfers your digital X-rays and insurance paperwork immediately so we can promptly find out what your insurance provider will pay.

Will you tell me how much my treatment will cost?

At the time we present your treatment plan with diagnoses and recommendations, we’ll offer a breakdown of the costs involved and estimate what your insurance will cover. We’ll also review the cost of the recommended procedures. How do you handle cancellations?

We ask that you cancel or reschedule your dental appointment at least 48 hours in advance so that we can offer your time slot to another guest. A cancellation fee will be assessed to your account if you fail to call us at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit. Cancellations often occur because guests get nervous about visiting the dentist. We understand your apprehension and have many measures in effect to help you relax and feel at ease in our office.
